A: Some of our jewelry is crafted and shipped by different artisan partners. To ensure quality and care, items may arrive separately. Don’t worry — your full order is on its way. Thank you for your patience.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days within Australia. As some items are handmade or shipped from different locations, a little extra time may be needed. You’ll receive tracking once your order ships.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes — cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order for ready-stock items. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled after this window.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable. Other items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Please email us to initiate a return.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $99 AUD within Australia.
