At MOONOON, every piece is selected with quiet care — designed to soften your space and center your presence. We understand that sometimes, a piece may not be exactly what you imagined. Here's how we handle returns and refunds, with clarity and kindness.
⟡ Order Cancellations

Ready-to-ship items may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing your order.

Pre-order or made-to-order items are lovingly prepared just for you and cannot be cancelled after 12 hours, as sourcing or production may already be in progress.
If you need to make changes, please contact by.moonoon@gmail.com as soon as possible.
⟡ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns under the following conditions:

You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging (including the jewelry box, pouch, and tags).

Earrings (studs) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Custom or made-to-order items are final sale, unless faulty.
📦 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and we strongly recommend using a tracked method. We are not liable for returns lost in transit.
🖤 Please note: If the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing its original packaging, we may decline the refund or deduct a portion of the refund accordingly.

Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
⟡ Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us at by.moonoon@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund (including return postage) if the fault lies with us.
